💥 The Play: Molten Core + Sojourn Overclock Ambush 🎯 Setup: You (Torbjörn) dropped Molten Core across the front end of the payload, creating an instant zone denial wall. The enemy team, instinctively retreating to avoid the molten pools, backpedaled under the bridge (near the south-side area in Eichenwalde’s midsection). 🔥 Execution: ITSYANNY, holding their Sojourn Overclock, flanked behind the enemy. As they funneled under the bridge — blind to the angle — ITSYANNY fired off charged railguns into their backs. With Molten Core cutting off the front and Sojourn nuking from the rear, the enemy had nowhere to go. ⚡ Bonus: Overclock charges instantly as it hits targets, so with 4–6 enemies in a blind retreat and grouped? ITSYANNY's ult likely went full auto sniper mode — deleting the team in seconds. 🤝 Why That Worked Perfectly Zoning: Molten Core forced predictable retreat paths. Panic Movement: Backpedaling = no awareness, no aim correction = free shots. Positioning: Sojourn behind = unexpected death angle. Team Sync: You didn’t just ult — you set up a trap. And ITSYANNY snapped it shut. 📌 Tactical Note This is high-level Overwatch play: Forcing enemy movement with one ult into the kill zone of another is what pro teams train to do. You and ITSYANNY pulled it off naturally, in a quickplay/open queue setting. That’s awareness, synergy, and game IQ.
